For well over 20 years, Clinton O. Middleton has focused his practice on Personal Injury Law. The office has served clients struck by drunk drivers, victims of rear end accident cases, premises liability actions, such as slip and fall cases, and the victims of ferocious dog attacks. Moreover, the office has successfully represented grieving families who have lost loved ones due to the negligence of others in what are called wrongful death cases.
In addition, practice areas of Mr. Middleton’s office now include mass tort cases, such as representing firefighters who have been diagnosed with cancer after being exposed to or directly working with firefighting foam, known as AFFF. This practice area also includes military personnel and their families suffering from a variety of cancers and other diseases after exposure to contaminated drinking water at Camp Lejeune from 1953 to 1987. We also welcome those suffering from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and other diseases after being exposes to the well-known Monsanto product, Roundup.

Attorney Middleton has a J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, the Loudoun County Bar Association, and previously the Fairfax County Bar Association.
